AMALIA GIANNIKOU
Amalia is a writer, director and show creator, currently series-directing the Greek adaptation of the BBC’s iconic comedy Ghosts. Past credits include series-directing the hit show Kato Partali, as well as writing/ directing a stage musical which spun off her acclaimed 280-episode kids show, Akata Makata.
She is the recipient of an MFA in Film and multiple scholarships from prestigious USC School of Cinematic Arts in Los Angeles, where she also worked as development intern at Miramax/ Dimension and Misher Films/ Universal.
Amalia co-owns Baby Walrus, a boutique production company inhabited by talented people who specialize in content creation.
